Imams

Muslims are following there own Imams. In Islam, scholars have thought and are always trying to find out more and more about Islam. They have created around them. Some is great. Muslims devoted themselves to the task of understanding Islamic law and practice. The four best known compilers and Imams are Abu Hanifa, Imam Shafeyee, Imam Malik and Imam Ibn Hambal.
Imam Abu Hanifa: Imam Abu Hanifa was born in 80 AH (Arabic Hajrah). He’s real name was Nu’man bin Saabit. He started to learn when he was 17 years old and he had about 93 teachers. The Sahabah he saw was Hazrat Anas (r.a). He was a very big Alim (Islamic know ledger) at the time. About 57% of Muslims follow Imam Abu Hanifa. He was held in prison in 144 Ah. He was poisoned and killed in 150 AH. His Janaza was prayed 6 times.
Imam Shaafeyee: Imam Shaafi was born 150 AH. His real name was Abu Abdullah Muhammad Bin Idris Ash-Shaafeyee. He lived in Palestine. Imam Shaafeyee becomes a Hafiz when he was only 10 years old. The person who was the government when Imam Shaafeyee was the mayor was Kalifah Harunur Rashid. After being he kicked out by the government. Imam Shaafeyee went to live in Iraq. He died in 204 AH and was buried in a country called Mishar (Egypt).
Imam Malik: Imam Malik was born in Madinah in Saudi Arabia in the year 93 AH. His full name was Malik Ibn Anas. Imam Malik’s father name was Hazrat Anas (r.a). Hazrat Anas (r.a) was one of Muhammas (saw) best friend. His teachers name was Adur Rahman Ibn Hamuj. Imam Malik studied in the mosque of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). The first book he wrote was Muatta Imam Malik. He passed away in 179 AH and was buried in Madinah.
Imam Ibn Hambal: Imam Hambal was born in Baghdad in the country Iraq. He bore in the year 164 AH. His full name was Abdullah Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Hambal Bin Helal. He started to learn when he was 16 years old. He died when he was 77 years old in 241 AH and was buried in Bagdad.
